"Great location, very convenient. The guesthouse is really secure and feels just like you are living in Florence for your trip. It is clean, well equipped and looked after nicely. The owner is lovely, extremely helpful and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again should I come back to Florence in the future."

"Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. "

"This was my favorite stay during a two week trip to Italy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived through checkout. Though the room was small, it was comfortable and the aesthetic was nice. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty, the terrace was lovely for just relaxing or having an aperitif. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We booked this place as we needed a washing machine & the right amenities in the middle of our trip. There was no washing machine, even though it was stated on the features. The showers flooded. No outside pool area. There was no one there to check out - we were checking out at 9:15am, which again stated it was staffed at. We nearly missed our train and had to just leave the keys to an empty reception desk. For the money we paid, we definitely do not believe it is worth it."
