"Great location! Friendly and helpful staff"

"We overall liked the location of this hotel. It was very close to everything we wanted to see. The room itself was cramped. The cleaning staff did not replenish anything when cleaning the room daily. This was disappointing. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. We upgraded the room to a balcony room and this was a waste. We never used it once. The pics don’t show but the “private” balcony is surrounded but building with about 200 windows looking down at you! Don’t waste your money "

Breakfast was a real highlight: delicious, well-presented, and a great way to start each morning The location is simply amazing, perfectly placed to explore the city, with easy access to everything Paris has to offer. The hotel also has a pleasantly quiet atmosphere, which we really appreciated after long days of sightseeing. We did experience some WiFi connectivity issues during our stay, but the team handled it promptly and moved us to a new room without any fuss. It’s always reassuring when a hotel responds to concerns with professionalism and care. Overall, a charming and comfortable base for a Paris trip. We’d happily return!"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was very comfortable. We had no trouble sleeping. It is central to many Parisian landmarks. We were able to walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Musée D’Orsay, and several others. I cannot praise the staff enough. Any problem we had was quickly and easily resolved! Manon and Cecelia at the front desk were absolute rockstars!!! So many little extra services were provided without asking. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!!!"
