"This used to be called Sazi Hotel, I stayed there in May 2024 and it was okay. Now that is it the Level hotel… so many upgrades have been made and it’s a great little hotel. If you stay here, plan on staying at the luxury rooms only! I will stay here anytime I’m in Ho Chi Minh."

"Very clean room, bed sheets very clean pillows not flat very supportive. Quiet room at night and almost unnoticeable background noise in the day. Airconditioning in the room is excellent had to turn the cool down to 25 or 26 degres Celcius at night for comfort. The breakfast is well cattered for with western choices and Vietnamese choices as well as a cook to make eggs for you. The price of a room was quite low but it was the low season as well will helped thanks to Hotels.com. Recommended place...

"We stayed 2 nights but our room was not cleaned. We complained about it and somebody came to clean it at 10pm, when we were already on bed. No clean towels either on the second day. "
