"All staff was very polite especially the young lady that checked us in she made sure we had every need taken care of , room was clean. Breakfast was good I receive the wrong breakfast but staff replaced it and apologized. It would be nice if they would keep the pool and lazy river open at night that would be awesome. 👍 up would stay there again"

"Obviously its amazing having several fantastic restaurants, and fun casino games all round! But besides that the room was beautiful, the view was stunning and the sunrise breathtaking. Very elegant rooms, would stay here again for sure. Only downside is the television doesnt happen any video apps, no Youtube, no netflix, prime, hulu. Nothing but very expensive movies you have to buy, and a few satellite channels."

We arrived late, and the check-in process was smooth and accommodating. We did have an issue with the shower, and the staff handled it immediately—no questions asked. They moved us to a new room without hesitation and were very apologetic, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Overall, it was a stress-free stay, and the level of service really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again."
