I was away for my birthday and the staff had noticed this and they had gone above and beyond by leaving me a card and a cake in my room for my arrival back to the hotel, this really made my stay. "

"The whole experience was positive from a warm reception and voucher for a drink at the bar . Our room was also upgraded to a spacious nicely designed room on the top floor . The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice . The thermal facilities were very good and kept spotlessly clean . Excellent public transport connections by bus in behind the hotel to the city’s metro network . Will return to this hotel in next visit to Budapest . "
