"A beautiful, bright and clean hotel close to the railway station and the famous Blackpool Beach. There was a misunderstanding regarding our booking - which included out dog - but this was very swiftly rectified. The reception staff were delightful. Because of the dog we could not dine in the restaurant (understandably) but because we were situated in the foyer, our meal was served and we were somewhat forgotten after that. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"Excellent lovely stay the Lilly hotel. Bed was excellent and room offered everything that i expected. Only issue was there was no milk for the tea and coffee supplied in the room. We didn’t ask for any. Furniture was dated but acceptable. Pleasant stay and will definitely be going back again in the future."

"The location is within walking distance of the town centre and is close to the promenade. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We didn’t see any staff because this hotel is a let yourself in place, we were given a number to use for the front entrance and a separate one for our room, plus a telephone number for if we struggled. We were pleasantly surprised for the amount we paid, perfectly adequate for a budget room for a night away."

"Room was beautifully decorated , classy clean and with a,view of the sea Large double glazed windows in fanily room 1 Fabulous space cosy and welcoming warm and cosy .comfortable bed mattress and bedding clean and comfortable. Shower cupboard ideal . "I loved the history of the hotel. The kids enjoyed being there. The tram was right in front of the hotel. We had a good view of the beach and the tower. There were steps which we were told were for emergency exit. At first we thought they led down to the reception but wow they looked "scary" Maybe the hotel should put a inscription that the door to the stairs is for emergency"

"What a fab stay. Dianne couldn’t do any more for us, she was fab and breakfast was beautiful nothing was a problem. Room was spotless and clean. We really enjoyed our three night stay and would definitely recommend this place to stay. It’s walking distance from the sea front and night life. "Very clean room, staff very nice and friendly, building a little bit warn around the edges, but doesnt effect your stay. The only thing yhat was missing was a toilet brush. Beds very comfortable which is very nice to find"
