Despite their 5-star status, the hotel flatly refused to assist or offer any flexibility. For a luxury establishment, the customer service is shockingly poor and completely lacking in basic empathy. Would not recommend if you value peace of mind."

"Property is nice and close to the airport. The hotel is located in a newly developed area and currently is alone - no other services or businesses near by. The nice breakfast buffet is "available," not included. The shuttle service has limits, so make sure your flights work. I found out about the shuttle limitations in an email after I made my non-refundable reservation. Luckily, my times worked. No reservations to the airport, so you need to get a first come/first serve shuttle ticket after the previous shuttle has left."

"Very good location and easy to find. Front desk staff is courteous, and is available 24 hours, making check in very easy. The double room was small, as expected, but everything was functional. It's an older building, but did the job. I personally found the bed and pillows much firmer that desired, but softer is a personal preference."
