Hotels in Chinatown

"The hotel is very nice & clean and I like the restaurant is in the hotel, so you don’t need to go out to eat. The cardio room in in the basement which is in the far corner ( my husband came with me, bc I don’t feel comfortable going down by myself) There’s no fans in the room so it gets pretty hot in there. Some equipment need to be maintained or updated as The treadmill emergency switch was missing the clip, the floor mat looked pretty used and could be thrown out as it was pretty dirty. "

"Had 5hr stopover here midnight arrival. Just wanted to sleep after overseas flight. When I booked I advised arrival time and flight# so shuttle might be there upon arrival. Hotel response said “noted” Phoned upon arrival and was told shuttle was 5-25mins. Hotel is only 4km away nobody else waiting. Called hotel back 3 times (very unprofessional front desk clerk) and eventually shuttle arrived almost 1 hr later. The guy was also doing Uber calls. Guess that explained why he was so LATE. No consideration for paying guests or customer service. Did not have their Free breakfast as checked out 05:00 back to YEG."
