The hotel though beautiful & charming was 1/2 hour away from the city I needed to be at and driving through very narrow and winding roads in a mountainous terrain. It should mention on the site that this is in the middle of a forest at the top of the mountain and the location is actually Amiais de Cima, not Santarem, if anyone is using GPS which is required to find the location of...

Wonderful stay! The staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options for everyone. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, also had a beautiful balcony and view of the entrance to the Fatima Sanctuary which is about a 7 minute walk. The bus depot is right next door. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Vanessa, Pedro, Jessica, Clara and all the dining room staff.
