"The view from the room was amazing, the grounds and beach were clean and beautiful. The pool bartenders were very friendly and attentive. The adult infinity pool was epic. We had room service once and it was delicious. Club sandwich and Hawaiian pizza. Very good value for the money. We enjoyed eating out at primo's pizza just down the road. The towels were definitely a problem hit or Miss whether you got a bath towel or a hand towel or a face cloth. If you were lucky, same with beach towels sometimes they had them. Sometimes they didn't and the lady at the pool Beach towlr hut was very grumpy I would recommend that you bring your own coffee maker as there is no oy one in the room and the Starbucks doesn't open until 11:00 a.m."
"We had an excellent stay at Brisas. It was our first time in this part of Mexico, met lots of people who visit frequently and have tried all resort options but say this one is at the top. The beach’s here are beautiful and very swimable as the open ocean doesn’t crash on them like the other resorts. Excellent snorkelling right at the resort. If you want to go to town it’s a flat rate of 100 pesos. A couple things that could be improved are a larger lounge area for in the evening and at night. Seats are full and you end up having no where to sit. I never got to sleep in once in my trip due to having to get up at 4:30-5 just to secure somewhere to sit for the day. The resort can be tricky to navigate aa it is very hilly and although walkable is quite the workout, especially if you are older or less mobile. They do have carts that run through the day that are always quick to pick you up. All the workers here are very hard working and want you to have a great experience. Huatulco draws an older audience, we were some of the very few around the 25-30 year age group. This allows for a more laid back environment compared to cancun or pv. Also, note that not all rooms have a balcony. We will be sure to be back in the future."
"Spotless facility, very helpful staff, great restaurants, close to the beach, great views from our room, felt very safe. Only issue was not having a small fridge in the room, and that the activities offered, such as tour of the bays, were much more expensive than those provided by others in the area. Would stay again."
"The hotel is very clean with great location on Zicatela Beach.
Front desk, Miguel, is very responsive, and attentive (especially for travellers like us who were new to Pt. Escondido). Breakfast included was good and handy.
You can explore anywhere from here via walking or taxi. Take in all the beaches! And the fun La Punta area. "
