"Didn’t like that the air conditioner temperture was regulated! The room temperture was hot for me and the personal of the hotel didn’t do anything about it! They only responded they couldn’t di anything because temperture is regulated! When i did the reservation that wanst explained anywhere! If im paying for a room a want the room to have a comfortable temperture so i can sleep well! I couldn’t sleep well bexause of the hot room temperature!"
"The room was clean but they are quite open about the fact they will not go inside ypur room once, even just to freshen up. This also extends to collecting litter. I was tgere for a week and had to leave my own bags of rubbish out to a public bin. When i asked, they just shrugged their shoulders.
The kitchen is unbelievably basic. 2 hobs, one pot, one pan, one cup, plate and minimum cutlery. No basics like salt and pepper, no kitchen knives, wine glass etc no tea towel or dishcloth or anything like that.
If you are going to Santander by plane, remember this and if going by car, bring your own basics!
While tge place was clean, there was significant wear and tear and the place looked shoddy.
Pluses included tge staff, the quietness, the location, comfortable bed and black-out windows.
Mixed feelings, it's not a disaster but not brilliant."
"Clean room. Cozy. Not soundproof. No heat but the front desk staff offered me her personal space heater and an extra blanket since it was very cold that night. Bed was not very comfortable. Restaurant food was only decent. But the hotel is beautiful and it's 2min from the cable car. The views are worth it."
