"Purpose-renovated from a retired hospital, this property provided an excellent location near the centre of Santiago. Clean, quiet, modern, it feels like a multi-star hotel, but it is BnB. The only quibble was that the entry security is perhaps a bit lax as anyone could come in from the street and walk right by the front desk without challenge. Management was advised of this and indicated they would consider this as a valid concern to be addressed."
"Imagine staying in a 5-star hotel that was originally a medieval hospital- soaring gothic arches around 4 delightful courtyard gardens, amazing food and service, outstanding buffet breakfast"
"It is super good location . It is from train -bus station . It has a beautiful view. It has a super complicated breakfast . The restaurants are super near."
"Amazing hotel and staff!
We had a wonderful stay overall. The front desk and restaurant teams were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and truly made our experience special. We dined in both restaurants and enjoyed the food very much. The breakfast is strongly recommended!
The only downside was the spa staff, who were noticeably less friendly and welcoming, which led us to cancel our spa booking. Will return for sure"
