The hotel team was always ready to assist with anything we needed. We had a specific request for a freezer in the room to store gluten-free food for our child, and the hotel arranged it quickly and kindly. This made our stay much more comfortable and showed a high level of care and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for your warm attitude and hospitality.
