"The hotel is in a nice location, pretty clean and updated enough. I did have problems while there. There is clearly a non smoking policy and my second night I was there my room filled with smoke from the neighboring room and the hotels choice was to make me move my room instead of kicking them out. This was a huge undertaking and quite frankly ruined my stay. Not only the situation but how the hotel handled it. I will most likely find a different hotel when I am back in Fortaleza next time. Disappointed for sure, I expect more out of hotels I stay at. Too many other hotels on the strip to deal with the conditions here."
"The hotel was good. Rooms are adequate size, the breakfast was good.The only thing that let us down was the amount of noise that we could hear from the room above us. We spent the entire night hearing the noises from upstairs which led us to not sleep very well. Hotels should have sound proof rooms to stop other clients getting disturbed by other clients. "
