APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower

"I like the fact that this Apa had more ameneties than the other one we stayed at in Tokyo. This one had a 7-11, laundromat and public baths (which I didn't use). THe view on top at night was spectacular. This is located walking distance to all the food and shopping."
"The breakfast options for vegetarians were very limited and not particularly healthy — there didn't seem to be much understanding of vegetarian dietary needs.
We had booked a premium room for two adults and two children, but they refused to provide an extra bed, stating that the expectation is for adults to share beds with the children. On top of that, they didn't even give us the premium room we had originally booked. The customer service was quite rude throughout."
"This hotel has an awesome location, as it is right next to Dotonbori street. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They do have a washer and dryer, but with only 3 machines we were not able to do our laundry and had to go to a laundromat. Our AC was also not working the first couple days. However, I would stay here again! Great price, location, amenities, and staff!"
