Quality Hotel the Mill
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, comfortable beds, best spread for breakfast that we have ever seen - the attention of the food preparation and display is too notch! The view from our 12 floor room was breathtaking.
Only negative would be a more enclosed shower stall that doesn't get the whole floor wet, and more storage space so you can unpack a bit."
"We had an incredible nights stay, the room is cosy, in a great location and the breakfast was amazing with massive variety. Really cool vibe in bar and loved getting to use the sauna!"
"Excellent location near the Central Station. Friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast with plenty variety.
Interesting historical building.
Would certainly recommend."
"Staff are fabulous and friendly, clean rooms and great linens/towels. Great location that is near the buses and trains, as well as all the downtown & seawall fun.
Only small comment - the iron in the room was very old, no steam/water function, basically useless. Could be a nice upgrade touch for next time."
"We were travelling to visit friends and found the Story to be very convenient with helpful staff. The hotel is well kept and the roof bar had great views. The room was a bit on the small side and the breakfast area was crowded at the weekend."
