"Really great stay in the wolf chalet. Generally clean with excellent facilities in the chalet. Perfect view to watch the wolves. Really fun to watch and hear the wolves howling in the evening and at sunrise! Easy check in with the staff and met one of them carrying one of their hawks when we arrived, which was an excellent start, really friendly and informative. All staff working in the park were really helpful and friendly. Completely worth it!"

"Hi, I feel parking was really stressful as well as no water bottles provided during the stay. The view was not better as we were promised and the receptionist did not even make an effort to accomodate us. I had called prior that will be reaching premises by around 11pm and we had the lowest floor alloted to us. Not a good experience overall."

"Gorgeous hotel with a beautiful spa attached. Our room was large and spacious. My only issue was the bathroom was on the smaller side for an upscale hotel. Also, there weren’t a lot of options to eat after 9pm and no room service. "
