Huentala Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The great thing about this hotel is that is next to the “sisters” hotels that are great a you can use their amenities. The lobby of the Huentala is very nice like a classic hotel from years ago.
I had problem with the room I got because the view was a wall to the next building,
When we returned the next 3 days, we were given “an upgrade” to the Hualta hotel and the room was great. People were friendlier than at the Huentala.
The hotel was kind enough to let us store our luggage for 2 days while we traveled North.
The breakfast buffet was great. "
"We loved the quiet atmosphere. The giant Bernese mountain dogs that were so gentle and sweet. We loved the cleanliness of the resort.
We would say the restaurant is pretty good but has a few dishes to perfect. We would have loved some more options for snacking

"Daytime desk manager spoke English and was very helpful. He gave directions to various locations, helped paying for a taxi that did not take a credit card when we arrived without local currency, then called a money changer to come to the hotel for us. Every night but Monday, there is an amazing free fountain set to lights and music in the square in front of the hotel. The pool was nice. "
