Shabby gimmick in very poor neighborhood. No hot food between lunch and 8pm. No seats on balconies and the worst noise insulation windows ever experienced. Pop music blares at night until past 11pm with crows shouting outside the windows. Breakfast not home baked - think supermarket shrik wrapped croissants and other cakes.
