"The staff was great. I bought a case of wines. They packed them for me to get them ready for check-in at the airlines. They also provide me with ice on my request.
That rooms are spacious and new. Having said that, I thought there are some shortcomings to the design of the room. Little details like there were no towel racks near shower, and the main lights were only controlled by inserting/removing the card key near the door.
I also miss having small face towels to wipe my face, and there was no American tv channels. I know we are not in the U.S., but it’s an American hotel, so it would have been nice to have CNN to come home to in the evening."
"Excellent four star hotel with great breakfast and free wine tasting every evening. Great neighborhoods with easy walking access to parks, bars and restaurant. Word of caution. Don’t sent out laundry. It will come back on great condition but cost you an arm and a leg! "
"Overall this was a great hotel for the price. Although its on the older side everything is clean and functional. Breakfast was a bonus with a good variety that included bacon and eggs, fruit and pastries and meat and cheeses. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Plus the location is close to all the main sites, restaurants and tours in the City. I would stay again.
