"Overall, the experience was decent, but not exceptional. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the timeshare presentation felt like a waste of time. The resort credits offered sound appealing at first, but there is a 16% fee applied when you use them, and they can only be used on a limited selection of items. After factoring that in, you often end up paying the same—or even more—out of pocket. The restaurants on the property were generally good and offered enjoyable meals. However, the room service and buffet food were disappointing and did not meet the same standard as the restaurants. "

"The hotel was beautiful, the staff gracious and professional, and the food, amazing!! We mostly ate at the buffet the whole time we were there because the food was amazing, great options and the waitstaff especially Ms Charlene was just wonderful!!!"

However there was just too many mosquitoes in the rooms, no wash cloths were provided and the towels could use a softener of some kind because it was very rough on skin. Otherwise it was a nice stay. "Everything was great. The staff were amazing, and they make you feel very welcome. The beach is beautiful and private. They have so many things you can do on the property and will help organize any adventure outside the property as well. The owner was there and made sure to introduce himself to us when we arrived. I understand why many guests we met there have been coming for so long. We will definitely return. "
