"Weird stay at this hotel. Rooms advertised as soundproof but you could hear literally everything in the hall, especially the cleaning staff if they were yelling at each other down the hall. Breakfast was basic but fine. My first night there I burnt my head because the water in the shower randomly gets scalding hot, then freezing cold. The pool bar was okay. Small pool. The one day there was some wedding anniversary thing. Which was awkward because i was stuck sitting there reading while they all yapped for an hour. Not sure why they get importance over another guest, but okay. Another night at the pool bar there was no Dorado or Aguilla.....like exito is right there how are you out????? Then another night i was sitting up there, went to vet a drink at the bar, and some woman just took both chairs from the table i was sitting at???? Like, why?
Tv was nice, but because they put the cable box in the worst spot, you couldn't change the channel from bed.
Coffee machine didn't work at all. Whatever.
Gym was nice.

"The hotel is the perfect location! The room was clean and they cleaned it everyday! The staff was amazing anything I needed they helped me! I was a solo traveler so that meant so much. Santa Marta I love you! "
"Most of all the breakfast wide spread was the highlight of this trip. It had so many things to choose from. I totally enjoyed. However one issue I don't like the layout of the room. The bathroom is inside the living area and the sink also. The blackout blinds have seams for light escape on the top so the room was bright in the morning. Wifi was excellent and strong because I depend on it to work. The staff and service are excellent. The view of the ocean was excellent"
"Clean room and kind staff who were willing to help all the time. Spacious and nice pools with bar; however, there were not enough seats in the pool area for the amount of people during high season. The beach is nearby (around a 2min walk) and the property provides a specific space for their guests, as well as towels and chairs. "
