"The hotel is clean and good for the price you pay. It is convenient and not too far from Malioboro and Tugu. The staffs are friendly and helpful if you need information about places to eat or shop. I stayed briefly for 2 nights and did not dine at the hotel restaurant. Therefore, I dont have any comment regarding foods offered at the restaurant. Thank you."
"The hotel was ok. We had an issue with our room which was not well cleaned but once we told them they quickly changed us to a new one. We had a sunrise excursion and they made our breakfast beforehand so we could have something to eat. The hotel was very good located next to a mall. I would stay here again, I stayed at many Novotels and this is the only one I had an issue with the cleaning but they were fast to solve it and very accommodating, so I would come back"
"Très bon hôtel rapport qualité prix pour un standard nord-américain. Service toujours impeccable, sourire et gentillesse hors norme. On m’a offert un déjeuner avec accès au salon inclus pour tout après midi et soirée avant 21h. Le seul bémol est l’ordinateur libre accès qui n’est pas connecté à l’internet malheureusement. "
