"My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis. The service was excellnt from check in to check out. The property is stunningly beautiful and we would not hesitate to recommend. I would like to especially recognize Mahmoud Abdel Aziz & Omar who both went out of their way to help us to get my husband's phone back after leaving it in an uber by mistake. Peter at the BBQ night. Aya at check out was so lovely and Amr who helped us with our bags. We can't wait until we return to our 'second home' per the security personnel. "STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE The elevator did not work We stayed for 4 nights and they don’t come to change the room. At the end, they will change you for anything. The blanket had. Stain before and they wanted to charge me the whole blaket, a towel and and pillow case .. we ended paying $30US extra for nothing. This is in downtown a lot of noise"

"Staff VERY unhelpful! Check in was a disaster. Pool area was great! Italian restaurant and buffet delicious. Pillows were horrible, bathroom needs updates."
