-mosquito net in room on beds
-fan worked in room
-large room for a really affordable price
-centrally located
-cool social bar/restaurant rooftop area
-staff

-wifi was nonexistent
-shower in the room is really basic
-no AC in the room "

-breakfast was hearty and free
-clean room
-locked gate to enter premises
-food available at the hotel
Cons:
-far away from centre of town (and roads are quite bad in the local area)
-lost power to my room block during the night
-no mosquito net over bed
-not much of a social vibe (there was only one other guest I met)
