"Cleaning crew was great, but they would take our towels without giving us new ones. The buffet is also terrible, $25 for canned vegetables, literally. Property is very nice, but it is not in a walkable part of town, you will need to uber 1000%."

"There was mold growing on the furniture, in the carpeting and on the air conditioner filter. The staff said they would move us to another room. They never did. I am extremely allergic and had to take medication. The staff was unconcerned. "

"Rooms are comfortable and generally clean, food and drinks are good, but the property is VERY old and outdated. Staff is very inconsistent, ranging from welcoming to just out right rude! Bar Palma has a wonderful and friendly bartender, but the breakfast receptionist (can't call her a host:/), at the resteraunt seemed irritated each morning of our stay, she was rude, rolled her eyes at us and made us feel very uncomfortable to eat breakfast during our stay of 5 days!! "

"I stayed at this hotel for a solo trip as a female traveler and felt very safe. they have 24 hour staff at the entrance/exit, and room doors have added security. the staff is very friendly and keep everything nice and tidy. "
