"Excellent stay at Amber Design Residence. Staff were really friendly from check in onwards and the whole place felt very clean and well looked after. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the shower was genuinely very good which is always a big plus for me! Great location as well. Would definitely stay again when back in Krakow."

"Breakfast was poor in so many ways, ground floor toilets was dirty as someone had toileted on the seat and also others were dirty. Twin beds were too close together On the positive it was a good location for the market square and castle, reception were really helpful from check in to,check out and in between, they were all friendly and professional and treated us like individuals rather than just another guest."

"Great location in the old town! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean apartment. It was good to have a little kitchenette and a very quiet environment, facing a courtyard. Note that the address you first come to is where you pick up your keys and not where you are staying. That confused me a bit, as I was bringing many suitcases from the train station. But once I understood that the apartment was wonderful and worked perfectly for me. "

My room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and with a fresh new-style interior that made the stay even more enjoyable. We also used the underground parking, which was very convenient, secure, and well organised. Overall, everything was great and I would happily stay there again."
