"This was an incredible find! It seems that this motel has had a recent makeover as the room was very clean and new. I am a runner and did an easy three miles on accessible sidewalks including a loop through the village. Bronner's is right next door!"

"We decided on this hotel due to location unaware the amount of traffic surounding the hotel is hectic due to bridge crossings on either side. I must say it was an "excellent" decision due to the customer service we received. From the General manager to the cleaning crew absolutly everyone went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one! Everyone took time to stop and say heĺlo with such a heartfelt demeanor! This hotel was clean, comfortable and would highly recommend if your in Bay City. "

"We had a whole needful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very nice. Shower water pressure was excellent! Staff very helpful and friendly. It’s a big hotel so lots of walking. Parking can be hard to find sometimes especially while water park is open. Food I. Restaurants was very good. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Double Tree Riverfront hotel in Bay City. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly. We reported it 3 ways; to the front desk staff; to housekeeping staff; and in a text message regarding our stay. It did not get addressed while we were there, and it was a problem. Everything else was very good...great location, and room was very clean. Overall, a great mini-vacation. "
