"入住第一晚，懷疑受天氣影響酒店WiFi未能連接網絡。聯絡酒店職員協助，馬上派出技工reset WiFi router，可惜依然未能成功連接。後來跟酒店大堂職員再跟進，他們將額外的WiFi router插進房間客廳內，終於成功連接！感謝他們努力不懈的協助！ 對於酒店房間我們十分滿意，地點亦超方便！"

"一切都很好～雖說舊舊的卻有古蹟的感覺，哈哈～房門是需要修一下。但對飯店相當要求的我，還是會再回去住。Spa設施記得帶泳衣不然很扼腕，很棒喔～健身房也很適合我運動！ 因為20～23是馬來新年，可能電腦系統沒更新資料，所以櫃檯找很久找不到訂房紀錄，但是聰明伶俐的2位櫃檯人員，打電話求助，也是幫我找到，一起歡呼了一下～ 他們很棒！ 下次見～ "

"The mattresses, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable, which is essential for travelers. The indoor swimming pool, though small, had a nice ambiance and lighting design, especially in the evenings. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me, a traveler with limited English skills, for which I am very grateful."
