Just note that two of the rooms do share a bath. Otherwise, this is an excellent B&B and comes highly recommended.

We were happy enough that we booked a second night. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for our planned activities.

This is a wonderful “value” hotel that we stay in often. Comfortable, clean, nice rooms with a great tv, and an awesome staff, from check-in, to breakfast staff to just running into staff in the elevator, so friendly, kind, and attentive. Well done to all involved at this property.

Every inch of this place is beautiful. And smells heavenly. Excellent food at both rose garden & the sand bar. Adorable s’mores kits for the kids with fires. We loved it!

Very clean, spacious, and completely comfortable. Great bed linens. Satisfaction list is topped by the friendly, competent and attentive staff.

Absolutely love the hotel. We loved the jacuzzi tub, the bed was extremely comfortable.

Yorkshire was a excellent bed and breakfast. Hosts are amazing. House was well appointed and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely going to stay again in future. Luna was also a great host (dog) if your in the finger lakes region (Phelps NY) you won’t be disappointed 😁

Everything was super clean and the staff was friendly. Not too far to a nice rail trail that we rode on. You might have to drive to find something to eat. Otherwise, everything was great!
