"Found the hotel to be very relaxed with a pleasant atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and of a good size. The bathroom was as new and again lovely and clean. Appreciated the kettle and the limited supply of teabags and coffee. Had to ask reception for milk but that was no problem and they were happy to provide a little jug of milk. The location was pretty central with the shopping centre very close by. Loved our short stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you!"

"The room was lovely and cosy. Very powerful shower! The hotel is in an excellent location for public transport. 2 minute walk to the train station and you are in Innsbruck main town centre in 6 minutes! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future. "

"We stayed to celebrate a 50th birthday and were truly disappointed with the staff. The hotel was beautiful but the experience was ruined by the rudeness, aggression, condescension and lack of care by most staff we encountered excluding David the GM, who was lovely & apologetic (he came out of his office after his staff raised their voice at me). We received the pre-arrival email asking us for any preferences we had, but it was completely disregarded. It took us 3 frustrating attempts to get the 1 simple thing we requested - which could have been done before or upon arrival. I travel a lot & don’t write a negative reviews, but I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by hotel staff, let alone a 5 star hotel. We were dismissed without explanation multiple times and then expected to literally pay cash for the staff’s mistakes. Not good when guests are nicer to the staff than they were in return. Five different staff told us the hotel was booked out, passing their stress onto their guests, even though all of our interactions were at quiet off peak times. Such a surprisingly negative experience at a hotel that should have been an easy positive. "

"The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. This was disappointing, as the photos created a completely different impression. The breakfast was also below expectations. There were very limited options, and the overall quality was not great. For a hotel in this category, I expected a better variety and fresher choices. On the positive side, the sauna area was very good and well-maintained. It was definitely the highlight of the stay. Additionally, the staff were polite."
