"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, the staff were helpful and professional, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, and overall the hotel provided a very enjoyable experience. The only minor disappointment was the late check-out policy. Our train wasn’t until 4:00 PM, so we asked if we could stay just a little longer. We were informed that check-out was by 11:30 AM, and extending it until noon would cost an additional €54. Given that we had stayed for three nights, we felt that a little flexibility for an extra 30 minutes would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, we respected the policy and checked out before 11:30. Despite this small issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The comfortable room, great view, excellent location, and attentive staff made for a very pleasant experience, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Amazing rooms, very clean and comfortable and esthetically pleasing. The staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread itself was great, many options. Super convenient location as well. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"The amenities were exactly as described, with the room a bit bigger than expected. The restaurant was closed the night we were there, as we're many of the restaurants in town (I guess Tuesdays are generally their down day). It served our needs well, and we'd happily stay here again."

"What a wonderful surprise! Friendly greeting and helpful at every turn. Room was roomy, clean, and well appointed. Beds and pillows were best of our Switzerland trip. Had two great meals - hamburgers in the rooftop bar at sunset; and breakfast. Drove us back to the train station. Wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!"
