"Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful. Rooftop bar lady making cocktails was awesome. Ate in Marco Pierre White which was very good. Only down side was our rooms view was a brick wall. Would stay here again just not in room 229."

10/10 Excellent
"A really lovely hotel. Our room was really nice, the bed was so comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The traditional breakfast was one of the best we have had. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend"
"Me and my wife booked the cosy double room with was lovely clean and great view of cathedral all the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food at Antlers restaurant was amazing from the breakfast afternoon tea and evening meal overall a lovely weekend away in a lovely hotel will definitely visit again"
"We always stay at the Lincoln hotel when visiting Lincoln. Staff are always helpful and attentive. Location of hotel is excellent, having breakfast whilst looking out on the beautiful Lincoln Cathedral. Good on site parking (there is a charge), very close to the Bail, Lincoln Castle, Cathedral (dating back to 1072). Had evening meal there, food was very good and prices good to. Would highly recommend a stay here"
"Hotel needs updating. We paid for a sea view room but not value for money. Needs a thorough clean. Not enough staff and a couple were rude. Don't visit if they have coach party because at breakfast although it states times coach parties are catered for first as tables are reserved for them other guests have to find a table, which we were not told about and when we asked one nember of staff how it works for tables etc..she was so rude and told us if there isn't one available we would just have to wait If you want to book for a meal at the restaurant when coach parties are there you can only have their menu. The male member of staff who was there in the evening was lovely. Glad we only stayed for 2 days. Don't think we will visit again."
"Fabulous hotel, our favourite in Lincoln for the location, parking, lovely rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast selection is excellent and a lovely dining room with helpful pleasant staff
We will be returning soon :)"
"The hotel was clean and had basically what we needed. Luckily we brought our own fan as there wasn’t one in our room and it was ver hot. The rooms could be made better by having a mini fridge. Security Chain broken on door 10 that needs to be fixed. The restaurant wasn’t great, floors really dirty and there is no one available to regularly clear and clean tables. The water play was turned off at 5:30pm and it was still 27 degrees so that was disappointing. For such a new place I expected cleaner standards in the main building. Overall the stay was cheap and I would stay again."
"A well located hotel with restaurant and bar. Food good quality and reasonable price. Room looks newly decorated en suite clean and fresh. Located well for access to Hemswell antique centre and Gainsborough"
