"Lovely stay again … our coastal view room was as it said and very comfortable.. was lovely to go to sleep hearing the waves crashing in !!! Staff again are excellent very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and comfortable too .. breakfast was lovely served piping hot and freshly cooked (and plenty) we will return again soon "

"It is unacceptable to state that any swimming poole is available and then have the audacity to charge an additional fee for its use. The mattress was the worst I have slept on for many years."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights in April 2026. Lovely large room in the Tower! Had both breakfast and dinner here each day. Food was excellent. Service slow the first evening fo dinner but fine the second evening. Historic hotel with amazing wood carvings. "

"Breakfast was lovely, staff were all nice, our 1 bed lodge apartment was clean and modern, nothing to complain about. Used the pool and gym had a great experience overall."

"The room had a couple of cleanliness issues,also looking out of our room window there was a great big container not great. Also breakfast was a bit of a let down,the size of my husband's full Welsh breakfast was smaller the 2nd morning,loads of mushrooms,2 halves of tomatoe on 2nd breakfast about 4 bits of mushrooms and 1 halves of tomato"

"We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. We found the staff every helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The bar was quiet and not expensive. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay again if in the area. Thank you"
