"Se pago por esta aplicación pero al llegar no había habitación disponible y tube que retornar a mi esposa y mi niña pequeña a mi ciudad alas 8pm a 2 hora . Es una irresponsabilidad total que no este fusionado la realidad del hotel con la aplicación."

"Nice place immerse in an oasis of tropical plants. Nice clean pool and jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Limited Ocean view and from far away. Several beaches are at a short distance by car or taxi. On weekends they have Ali' the cook. He would cook simple but excellent tasty dinners for you. "

"The location is right on the beach which is perfect a very relaxing feeling which I enjoyed. We lost our power for three or four hours which is kind of scary no backup generators. They had problems with the water drinking water which was a nuisance but everyone tried hard and I would recommend it for a no nonsense good place at the beach "

"Had an issue with the AC but they managed to accommodate me in another room !! They offered me another night half price but I asked for late checkout instead!! Also gave me freed breakfast.. Staff is willing to help"

"This is a hard place to rate. We liked it, but many won't. Lobby is open air, and dogs are sleeping there peacefully. The walk to your room is not through shining marble halls, but through a rain forest. No matter how often your room is cleaned, there will always be sand. If you like all-inclusives, you will probably hate this place (and vice versa). We had the top floor, with the ocean view. Easy walk to the beach, the cabana eateries, restaurants, bars, and the rest of town. We would go back. YMMV. You know who you are. "

"Room was ok shower didn’t work too well and a/c was kind of lacking besides that pretty decent for the amount being paid staff were super nice and welcoming I would probably recommend it to a friend even if the pictures are a bit misleading overall 08/10"

"Staff was excellent and loved the iguanas in the area while I was relaxing next to the pool. Very quiet on weekdays then filled up on Saturday night. Very new building and well maintained. "
