"I had a great time at this hotel. Staff are very courteous and professional and services were amazing. The drink selections at the mini bar were great. It would be nice to have a variety of breakfast options in buffet style during the week to cater for guests that just need a quick bite and don't have the time to seat down for a full hospitality experience. The rooms are stylishly furnished, amenities are great and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom seems to begin to show signs of wear and tear as the shower forcet was broken and the wash hand basin has mold stains around the trimming. Overall I had a great time."

"Rooms are a little tired and need redecoration and the breakfast needs better western options. Gym and pool are goid and excellent airport shuttle service! Staff are wonderful - a little finesse and this would be a top hotel."

"Since the moment we checked in we were welcomed by Promise Samuel who is always so welcoming. We actually came to Continental Hotel because Promise works there. We followed him from a previous hotel and decided to stay at continental because he is friendly, efficient, and just a pleasure. The hotel staff were also all friendly. Everyone is welcoming and always there to help you with anything that you may need. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and I appreciate the variety of food options that are provided. I love the option of being able to build your own omelette. I didn’t realize they also do fried eggs if you ask, I will have to do that on my next stay. Overall great place to stay. "

"I stayed at this resort for one week over the New Year holiday with a group of friends. While we were excited to celebrate at the property, our experience was unfortunately disappointing. The customer service at the front desk was unacceptable. Several staff members were dismissive and rude during our interactions, and one of the managers we encountered displayed the same unprofessional behavior. This made what should have been an enjoyable holiday stay feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, the bathrooms in our unit are in need of preventative maintenance. The shower areas require improved caulking, and there was visible mold present. These issues detracted from the overall quality and cleanliness we expected."
