"you are here for the view. we had the south rim view and when you enter, you wouldn't care if the bed is too soft or whatever. Airport mesa is right next door but we enjoyed watching the sunset right from the hotel."
"Younger female staff member was very abrasive and short upon check in. Apart from that all other staff members were pleasant. Property is beautiful. Wasn’t aware of the park fees and hotel fees all these other fees but it was doable so didn’t complain. Would go back for longer stay. "
