"Gated parking was nice because of the neighborhood it's in. $50 cash deposit was NOT listed in the Expedia listing. Located close to GCU campus. Price was reasonable for a bed and shower."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! This was the scariest place I have ever been to. I did not stay there, I left and found a different place to stay. There was homeless people, drug out people and hookers all around the hotel. The room was discussing. It looked like a place you take a hooker for an hour! "

"Room was good,clean 5 travelers more than enough room and bed space with the pullout sofa. We had the complimentary breakfast, waffle maker not set up, but they had a cool pancake maker,thought it was funny how the girl in charge stood off watching people struggle because it was out of batter, but never stepped in until someone asked her. Over all stay was good property was clean and staff was nice."

"We were in town for the Az Bar test. Excellent place to stay. Close to where test was being given. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean and quiet. Not the best walking area but was very convenient and breakfast was good each morning. If you need a hotel in the area I highly recommend this one. Nice staff as well. "

"What a beautiful hotel. Freshly remodeled in the heart of everything in downtown. Spacious rooms, cleanliness, great coffee cart in the morning, and nice staff. They also have a text service so you can text with staff if you need anything. Highly recommended. "

The breakfast was sensational and delicious, we enjoyed the sauna and my kids loved the pool. We will definitely be coming back for another enjoyable visit.
