"no shuttle to airport, took 4 hours to check in no front desk person, just a sign saying short staff be back soon. over all the heritage inn needs a lot of repairs, like the computer that is for guests to use was not working, bathrooms need repairs out of order, not enough staff in the lounge and casino, had to wait 15 minutes for a waitress. over all the stay was very stressful."
