"I stayed here as it was the only hotel in Manchester for my graduation that was available. The staff barely knew English. The rooms were dirty. We had double queen beds and was woke up to bed bugs in one of the beds we notified the manager and they said we can put you in another room where they wouldn’t know if there was more or just all stay in the other bed and they would offer 50% back on the stay. They did not give us our 50% upon checkout and the manager is never there. This place I wouldn’t recommend to a rat. Save your money up and stay at a better hotel for your graduation or stay in Manchester this place needs to be investigated for bed bugs and cleaning products and having a clean environment."
"The foyer area was beautiful dressed with quick snacks, beverages, fresh coffee, comfortable seating, and a pool table. It was welcoming and clean. The staff was excellent. The parking area was easily assessible and safe. "

"Great location for shopping and restaurants. Nautical theme of the hotel is very fitting for the location. We were given a corner room and the views were beautiful. Would definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Portsmouth."
