"Clean and comfy hotel! Warm welcoming staff and I had a great stay. I stayed for one night and had breakfast the next morning. Amazing selection of menu, absolutely satisfied."
"Room was clean however very out dated. For the price, the rooms need to be upgraded .. more modern. The wall paper throughout the room and bathroom is very old.
Breakfast options were ok and coffee machine was a big plus however the layout of the buffet items was a bit awkward.
Tea bags in the lobby area were not in a package so that was a turn off for me. Definitely not hygienic. "
"Expedia feedback for days Inn Moncton:
First room had not been cleaned. Beds not changed. Brown material, highly suspicious for faeces on the bathroom wall. Floor did not appear to have been vacuumed, stains on the office chair. Adjacent to pool but loud enough that regular volume conversation (let alone sleep) not possible.
They accommodated to another room. Better. Still, stains on ceiling, curtains. Heating system/vent does not appear to have been cleaned or vacuumed. Mould on the shower head.
Hallways often littered with food (chips, “crumbs” that were 1 inch across)
Clearly, not every stay in every hotel is going to be pristine. Not every room goes through a deep clean after each guest. We had also just come back from a stay at a resort and in a nicer (and cheaper) hotel in Halifax so there was a recency comparison bias.
I was uncomfortable with my kids touching walls, floor, furniture.
Positives: it was warm and dry.
Negative: cleanliness of rooms and hallways. Price relative to quality. Not quiet.
There are many hotels in the Moncton area which are cleaner, quieter, and with a cost close to or lower than that of the Days Inn. If not immediately the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, it is certainly in the bottom 3.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend."
"We have stayed at this hotel 4 times coming back and forth from Moncton to Ottawa and it never disappoints.
From friendly staff, delicious hot buffet breakfast to the cozy little bar where you can enjoy drinks and pizza and most of all the comfy sheets to enjoy a good night sleep where we always get a room on the 4th floor.
Close to restaurants and gas station etc."
