"Homeless man in entrace. Staff didnt care. Front waiting area smells like cigarrettes. Elevator stinks and super dirty. Rooms toilet dont flush. Bathtub dont drain. Shower not warm but not hot. Cleaning lady rude. Sad the place could be so much better with the proper management. Specially as families come here for the pool but the front end smells like cigarrettes. "
"Parking was easy, safe. Staff were answering calls mid checkin while trying to also answer my questions instead of placing a call on hold. Rooms were tidy but the beds had metal bars sticking out. Pool was so busy- no towels and the water felt very dirty"
"The room wreaked of cigarette smoke including towels and bedding. There was portable heater to heat the room. There was a big party across the hall that kept up us up all night. They were yelling and fighting in the hallways, along with kicking in doors. Highly don't recommend staying here. My children woke to yelling and fighting and were scared. "
