10/10 Excellent
"Nice room, great pool, awesome location. Starting to feel a bit in need of a refresh- especially the bathroom, but really nice staff, helpful and lovely restaurant attached."
"Last minute accommodation needed - this was perfect and surprisingly affordable for 2 rooms. Staff were fabulous. Rooms were comfortable, quiet and very clean. Next time I’ll stay longer than 14 hours!!"
"We always trust RACV hotels to be the best option when we travel. They’re always clean and modern. The restaurant was fantastic, the lobby area with the cascade bar attached is a welcoming and warm place to sit and have a drink."
"My stay at The Grand Chancellor was outstanding. The room is large, light filled, clean and functional. The view of the harbour was the highlight. Everything you need, close to everything you want, with comfortable bed, lovely shower and friendly staff helping you along the way. Have a cocktail in the atrium, breakfast in the restaurant and dinner at any of the many restaurants literally across the road from the hotel. While some might say the hotel is dating, I have to say that the aesthetic becomes an insignificant priority once you settle in. To me, comfort, service and amenity outweigh the type of tile used in a bathroom - any day of the week. Highly recommend."
"We booked a 3 bedroom conjoined apartment that exceeded our expectations. Wonderful friendly helpful staff everywhere. Wonderful location and on site parking available at a reasonable cost. The apartment was enormous and very comfortable. Mini bar items include ground coffee and french press and was very welcome for the first night. Bedding and cleanliness was excellent to a high standard. Great stay and would like to stay again."
"Everything about our stay was awesome. The only con is the parking situation. Unfortunately, you have to pay for valet parking. But other than that, an overall excellent experience."
