Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them, from welcoming us to the hotel to allowing us to keep our luggage in the hotel after checkout while we crammed the last bits of sightseeing in. The unit is not fancy. It has the essentials. The building does not have a lobby, bar or restaurant, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There is a small check-in desk at the entrance of the building. Be prepared to post a damage deposit with a credit card or cash. "
