"Room was spotless and clean! The views in the oceanfront were absolutely breathtaking! Amenities all present and clean but need salt and pepper in the kitchen area. Staff was accessible and available, could have been a little friendlier, but they weren’t rude or anything. Overall 9.5/10! Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Everything was perfect. Access to the beach, wonderful walking/biking path, quiet, easy access to restaurants and shopping. The large pool is heated - how great is that? Clean rooms, friendly staff. This is the second time we visited and the hotel appears empty - very few guests. It's great for us but how do you stay in business?"

"The room two bedroom suite was beautiful. I will stay again. My family fit very well. We have a handicap teenager. We were welcome with open arms. People try to help us and assist us. In every way they could without us even asking or even thinking of asking they would just offered that was great to see to be treated like everyone else. I will definitely come and stay again. It’s only eight minutes away. It was a great staycation for the holiday thank you so much."

"The property is a bit older but it is clean and it had everything we needed . It is close to the beach, restaurants, groceries, shopping centers. We never felt unsafe walking around. Two bedroom apartment that beats renting two hotel rooms for five people. I would definitely stay again. "

"Spent my birthday there with my family. The Sunny is a VIBE. Excellent service from the staff from the moment you enter the stylish, freshly renovated digs. We enjoyed meeting the staff Kelly, Noelia and Kiora. The food and drinks are excellent. Great stay for people of all ages!"

" It was my first time staying around 75th St. It is a great area, great beach, great restaurants. As for the property, the front door to the building and entry way could use some work to be more inviting and secure, but once you are in it is great as everything is brand new and great. (This is the beginning of April 2026.) While there is parking as mentioned in other reviews all the signs say 4 hours max. While I never got a ticket, it was always on my mind. (Probably a me issue.)"
