"The property overall is well kept, the landscaping staff do an excellent job. However, the property needs investment dollars in some areas needs in terms of updating and general maintenance. Do not expect a Riu Palace. however my brother and I had a great time."
"We absolutely loved this hotel!!! It was super clean. The staff was so helpful and nice! The location was the best. Walking distance to basically anything! I would so stay here again!!!"
"Great hotel if you want to be right in the city center. The Zocalo was literally around the corner and all shops and places to eat were walking distance. Hotel was able to do early check in for me and check out was super smooth. Housekeepers always made sure we had everything we needed and kept the rooms clean and organized. Highly recommend."
Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas - Adults Only- All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Beautiful property in a great location, conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The resort felt safe, was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
I was somewhat disappointed with the food quality, as it did not meet the standards I remembered from my stay at Riu Palace five years ago. Unfortunately, I became ill during the last few days of my vacation.
Overall, my 79-year-old mother and I had a wonderful time. She especially enjoyed the evening entertainment and shows, which made the trip very memorable for her.
Thank you for a pleasant stay."
