"The room was very well decorated and the bed linen was excellent. Plenty of pillows, warm duvet etc. In winter an extra heater and, as recently in a heatwave, an efficient tower fan. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good food at dinner."

Our room was truly magnificent. We stayed in the queen Mary room. It was truly a bucket list item for me. The castle is a must do for history lovers and romantics."
