"There is a train under the new MUT shopping area. The train station is tobalaba.(red line 1) Which is just across from the hotel. Trains are brilliant but unfortunately don't go all to the way to the airport, but there is an airport bus from one of these stops."

"The rooms are small but very comfortable. The staff was excellent and the room was really clean with the housekeeping staff doing a noticeably exceptional job. The area was safe and convenient to the Metro and there were many good restaurants nearby. As a solo female traveller, I would highly recommend this location."

"Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently...

"Todo muy nuevo y muy lindo …después que ingresas , es difícil que encuentren tu reservación por lo menos me pasó en mi caso ya que no hay quien te atienda en el momento Luego de aproximadamente una horaapareció una persona que me ayudó muy bien que era personal de mantenimiento y una Sra muy amable y atenta Pero cuando llegas te resulta raro porque aparentemente no tenés reserva Después de esto, todo excelente"
