While the rooms and hotel were stunning, we felt that customer service was very disappointing. The staff were nice and polite but they were not very attentive. The pool food was also delicious and generous servings. The pool was fabulous with plenty of beds and shade We had a car but taxis were reasonable, only 10mins from Ibiza town Highly recommend "
