"It was my first family trip in Kaohsiung. I did not expect much. I booked this place is because of the location and also the big room. 2 queen beds and there is enough space to place our 4 big luggages open side/side. Toilet was clean and with warm water to shower in this cold weather. During check in, the male receptionist mentioned the booking number in their system was different from this platform. I was abit annoyed because they could just use our passport if need to verify. No need for me...

"The staffs are all very helpful and friendly, the room is well equipped, very good location with different options of public transporttaion, very good value of money. However, the hotel is a bit not too new, and cleanliness can be improved in some way (eg. toilet bowls, sink etc.)."

"Room is super big and spacious with separated toilet and bathroom. It’s also very clean and facilities are pretty new too. Hotel is located just 3-4mins walk from Cianjin station(literally just behind) and 6-7mins walk to Liuhe night market. Breakfast spreads are not too bad but there is a super popular breakfast place just 2mins walk across the hotel which I highly recommend. Other than that, the only downside is the lift - it can be super slow. "

"Perfect choice of hotel in Kaohsiung. Great view of the Music Centre from our room and the Love River. There is a tram nearby that can connect you to their public transportation system. The bed was amazing, I had great sleep every night. Shower had great water pressure and Japanese toilet in room. The buffet was okay, but not the deal breaker. If you need ice, you can order it. Great hotel, I'd stay again."

Excellent service from all staff members, delicious and varied breakfast served in the room, free mini-bar (don’t know if that is normal) with lots of snacks, biscuits and drinks. Family room was spacious - 2 super comfortable double beds with western blankets/duvet separated by a curtain. 2 large smart TV’a where you could easily connect your Netflix or other accounts. "The front desk staff I encountered on those days were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good with several department stores and convenience store within 3-7 minutes walk. The attractions such as Kaohsiung Central Park, Love River，Ziqiang Night Market and Liouhe Night Market can be reached in 15-30 minutes on foot. I will stay here again next time I come to Kaohsiung."
